Job Description

We wish to inform you that the DSWD-NCR, Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) has a vacant Administrative Officer I position SG 10 under a Memorandum of Agreement with monthly compensation rate of Php17, 255.00 .

Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)

Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Training : None Required

Experience : None Required

Eligibility : None Required

  • With good coordination, communication and report writing skills

  • Primary Functions :

    vData banking of all BAC documents.

    vAssess PR vis-a-vis specifications / requirements particularly repairs and maintenance of facilities and vehicles.

    vMonitor electronic mails (e-mails).

    vOrganizes and makes all necessary arrangement for BAC meetings and conferences.

    vPrepares minutes of the meetings.

    vProvides administrative support to the BAC.

    vPerforms other related tasks as maybe assigned.

  • Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and individual performance contract and review rating which is at least very satisfactory for the last rating period (July to December 2013) :

    Request for extension of submission will not be entertained. Applicants who failed to submit the complete requirementsare considered disqualified.
