Identity Access Management Team is looking for a highly motivated, driven, enthusiastic, and passionate IAM Analyst to creatively apply Automation, Process Optimization, Technology Support, and troubleshooting and project delivery.

In this role, you will be part of the IAM team responsible for identifying, developing, and supporting systems and business application access certifications and administration as part of a cross-

functional agile team. The successful candidate must have a development background and experience working in a challenging and demanding workplace.

We need a strong and creative Analyst with :

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related course
  • Knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (preferred but not required).
  • Basic database architecture knowledge including SQL and Oracle
  • Object Oriented Programming / Analysis / Design experience
  • Experience being involved in the entire SDLC and Agile development
  • Experience using Visual Studio or similar IDEs
  • Experience using issue tracking applications such as JIRA
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience with systems and IT Operations
  • Customer-focused with a "service first" mentality and good communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience on the following is a plus :
  • Tableau
  • DBArtisan, TOAD, SQL Dev
  • Nagios
  • Microsoft Office Products
  • You will be responsible for :

  • Managing Access and Certification deliverables as per defined SLA.
  • Identifying, developing, and maintaining software deliverables
  • Ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standard of quality through the use of quality practices such as unit and regression testing
  • Applying technical expertise to create new solutions and enhance existing ones.
  • Ensuring critical system security through the use of security measures and standards.
  • Following specifications, process documents, technical guidelines, and best practices.
  • Working with key stakeholders for requirements gathering, problem investigations, and defect analysis.
  • Documenting and demonstrating solutions through flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
  • Producing specifications and determining operation feasibility.
  • Advising and educating the Identity teams on automated solutions.
