MicroSourcing is currently looking for a Sales Representative for our Australian account.Australian owned and committed to local production, this account has been a leading designer and manufacturer of DIY assembly storage sheds in Australia for more than 30 years.
They have combined popular garden shed design with style, durability and function, plus our innovative 5 Step Assembly® process.
Main responsibilities will be writing quotations for a new product line and assisting in order entries for confirmed order, thru a business to business sales process suited for Australian market.
The areas of focus will be (but are not limited to) : Responding to customer inquiries within the hour or no long than 12 hoursExplaining to potential customers how our products work and offer installation services / adviseResponding to customers’ follow up emails regarding quotations such as clarifications on shed specifications, pricing, etc.
Within the hour or before 4 hoursHandles negotiations such as price matching and discount or requests of the customers. Need to have the ability to sell our products on the benefits of dealing with the clientIdentification of additional customer needs that comes along with order processing and deliveries.
Handling requests on shed customization with consideration on design limitations and components that the company manufactures.
Need to have the ability to work around any design challenges and provide the customer with exactly what they have request or as close to.
Providing alternative designs closest to the requested customization.Dealing with shipping requests in a timely mannerAssisting customers on additional shed assembly needs such as contacting / booking installers, council approval needs, assembly guides on sheds and optional customized sections (sliding door, additional side door, etc.
Passing on feedback from our customers to our Head Sales Office regarding how we can further improve our products (design, parts, packaging, etc.
Provide feedback from our customers to our Digital Marketing Department regarding their website navigation experiences and how it can be more user friendly and forward any reports of errors or glitches.
