Manulife Bancassurance Division is seeking a self-motivated Administrative Assistant, who is obsessed with delivering value, is forward-thinking, and excited to see the successful client partnerships through the products and services that we offer.

  • We are looking for someone with :

  • Experience in screening and reviewing documents for approval. Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions and distributions.
  • Familiarity on appointment scheduling for the Sales head, ensuring activities are properly managed.
  • Ability to prepare and analyze expense reports that includes confidential data.
  • Nice to Haves :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • With at least 2 years experience providing support to upper level management from insurance or financial industry.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexible to work in non-business hours
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, personal qualities of integrity, credibility and strong work ethic
  • On the job you will :

  • Assist in requesting for logistic support with partner groups to provide support to RBB Team.
  • Collaborate with partner departments (New Business, Underwriting, Finance, Banca Operations Group, HR and others) to ensure seamless completion of transactions
