You will facilitate the development and delivery of training programs for Willis Towers Watson colleagues on various Talent & Reward service offerings, processes and tools. The Role
You will work with content contributors, subject matter experts and our instructional designer to develop training materials, simulations, demonstrations, and certification exams.
This will include working with our software product teams to ensure training on new product releases is delivered to all relevant stakeholders, ranging from Sales to Support.
In addition, you will be responsible for helping to administer the Learning Management System, a calendar of training events, and maintenance of content on various knowledge sharing sites.Performance Objectives :
