You will facilitate the development and delivery of training programs for Willis Towers Watson colleagues on various Talent & Reward service offerings, processes and tools. The Role

You will work with content contributors, subject matter experts and our instructional designer to develop training materials, simulations, demonstrations, and certification exams.

This will include working with our software product teams to ensure training on new product releases is delivered to all relevant stakeholders, ranging from Sales to Support.

In addition, you will be responsible for helping to administer the Learning Management System, a calendar of training events, and maintenance of content on various knowledge sharing sites.Performance Objectives :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to deliver effective, accessible and engaging training programs and communication material
  • Project manage the development of software training as new software releases become available
  • Help maintain the HR Software Academy and identify opportunities to expand and improve it
  • Help coordinate knowledge management efforts among a diverse group of business-level content owners and managers
  • Identify opportunities to increase awareness of training and knowledge management across the business
  • Share experiences across communities of practice, business units, and networks on innovative approaches in knowledge sharing and training
  • The Requirements

  • BS / BA degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience, L&D or Communication experience preferred
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and initiatives, producing quality deliverables on time and within budget
  • Ability to collaborate and work across all levels of the organization, work in teams, leverage the resources of other related groups to accomplish common objectives, and work on virtual teams across geographies
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, multiple competing demands, ambiguity, and frequent change
  • Experience facilitating meetings and discussions in person and online, ensuring that all viewpoints, ideas, and problems are addressed
  • Experience preparing and presenting information to small and large audiences and respond to questions from stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as the ability to communicate concepts using graphic visualizations
  • Excellent editing skills
  • Keen eye for detail and quality
  • Adeptness at learning new technology and tools
  • Experience with Adobe Captivate or other training development application
  • Must be flexible on working hours to attend to meetings based on demands of the role
