As a customer loyalty team member, you are part of a customer loyalty team of 5 people who help employees and managers on a day to day basis with questions, actions and problems that they can’t answer or solve themselves.
Together with your team you make sure that the services are delivered according to the service level agreements, with high quality and in accordance with risk and compliance policies.
Each customer loyalty team is part of a circle and has a different expertise like recruitment, learning & development, compensation or reporting.
If you are good at :
Maintaining global learning catalogue
Organizing training logistics and materials
If you are :
Someone with relevant HR Captive Services working experience
People oriented and customer focused
Eager to learn and collaborate
Able to bring structure and drive execution
Curious to continuously improve in an agile way
A Bachelor / Master degree (or equivalent) holder
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
If you can :
Work in an international and multicultural environment
Be accurate, structured and a strong attention to detail
Do responsibilities during the set-up of the centre, e.g. supporting the transition of work from the current service provider (BPO vendor) to the new service centre and end-to-end testing of processes and tooling etc.
Actively participate in initiatives to improve the processes and services and deliver the best possible employee experience
