  • We are looking for someone with :

  • College graduate in any Business Courses
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word and Excel)
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Trained on basic to semi complex work types of Plan Member Admin
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Good attendance record
  • Nice to Haves :

  • Ability to understand simple insurance process or principles
  • Additional information regarding life insurance is an advantage
  • Knowledge on Document Identification and Group Life and Health transaction types
  • Knowledge and expertise on Group Insurance
  • Able to follow product and process protocol
  • Able to determine the missing requirements of all the cases handled
  • On the job you will :

  • Refer exception requests and complex processing to the Senior Member Administrator
  • Contact plan administrators via letter or email for required information omitted on the eligibility updates received
  • Consistently attain the service level set by the Company Practice good judgment in processing cases
  • Perform thorough checking for every case to eliminate escalations
  • Render overtime work daily if volumes are high
  • Stay on-call on an as-needed basis during Saturdays and holidays
  • Assist colleagues and other teams in their production work upon request
  • Manage leaves / day-offs especially during peak season
  • Handle and manage basic escalation
  • Suggest ways on how to improve the current process and team metrics
  • Handle dedicated clients that require special handling
  • Send RDS Error report on a weekly basis
  • Perform other duties and functions as assigned by Operation Management
