We wish to inform you that the DSWD-NCR, National Vocational Rehabilitation Center is inviting applicants for the vacant position of Administrative Aide IV :

Salary Grade / Salary : 04 Php 11, 181.00

Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)

Education : Completion of two-year studies in college

Training : None Required

Experience : None Required

Eligibility : Career Service Sub-Professional / First Level Eligibility

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Graduate of bachelor’s degree course an advantage

  • Primary Functions :

    vReceives records and endorse outgoing and incoming communications.

    vTypes / encodes and files communications, reports, proposals, forms

    vMaintains office reports and other documents.

    vReproduces official communications / documents for dissemination to other units / divisions / center and institutions / LGUs.

    vKeep tracking of documents

    vMaintains and updates records of expenditure of the center

    vSorts all records pertaining to the different units / centers / institutions.

    vPerforms other related tasks as may be assigned.

  • Transcript of Records and Diploma
  • Certificate of trainings / seminars attended
  • Certificate of Employment
  • Valid PRC Report of Rating and License (if applicable)
  • Civil Service Certificate of Eligibility (if applicable)
  • Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least very satisfactory for the last rating period (July to December 2013) :

    Request for extension of submission will not be entertained. Applicants who failed to submit the complete requirements are considered disqualified.
