ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Shall be positioned at the helm of our proposed industrial estate management team and will dedicate 100% of her / his time to managing the site.

Overall lead during the transition period and all throughout the normal operation stage.

The Sr. Estate Manager will be the first point of contact for all industrial estate related matters.

The Sr. Estate Manager will lead the management team in the identification, reporting and coordination of all defects at the property

In depth familiarization of the entire industrial estate.

Finalize operational P&L & identify key considerations based on due diligence

  • During normal operation - Assume responsibility for the day-to-day management and operations in the areas of administration, safety and security, technical maintenance and housekeeping;
  • Oversee tenant relations, property inspections and all property management functions relating to the asset;
  • Supervision of contractors and ensuring adherence to the site rules, the implementation and fine-tuning of service contracts, as well as the on-boarding of tenants and tenant fit-outs.

    Responsible in establishing building operational standards, manuals

    Responsible in assisting in the processing statutory and regulatory permits

    Create operational and capital budgets

    Monthly and as needed formal financial and operational reporting

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) from four-year college or university
  • With at least 7 years of experience as Property Manager or Industrial Manager from property management firms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
  • Ability to effectively present information.

  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
  • Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.
  • Conducts advanced financial analysis.

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
  • Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

  • Willing to be assigned in Subic, Zambales
