The core function of this role is to provide a wide range of frontline inbound and outbound customer service support services to the Customer Service Department of Cashbee Lending Services, Inc.

Cashbee is an online loan app designed by Filipinos, for Filipinos. Key Responsibilities : Handle and Lead the Customer Service Representative Team.

Specifically, a successful Customer Service Representative will enhance the customers' experience by offering focused attention and differentiated customer service ensuring our customers have a reliable and smooth experience.

They are responsible for responding to incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries on various types of Cashbee lending offers or services, to its customers.

Assisting clients, over an automatic dialer system, with processes and payments and complying with the Philippine regulations.

  • s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Broadcast Journalism, Accounting, Finance or Business major preferred, from a reputable College or University· At least one (1) year customer service experience in inbound and outbound customer service, credit, sales, marketing and / or lending experience with solid commercial or private lending credit knowledge· Strong consumer sales skills, consumer credit knowledge, and basic advisory credit knowledge· Very strong client or customer service skills (i.

    e. including but not limited to strong phone etiquette skills, excellent in handling irate clients, etc.)· Strong oral and written communication skills· Strong computer and office equipment skills· Strong knowledge in using Microsoft Office (i.

  • e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.)· Flexible; readily adapts to change and new products, computer systems, database, company processes or methods· Demonstrated ability to meet aggressive deadlines per client demands and ability to change work schedule to accommodate competing priorities· Must exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness at all times· Abide company rules and regulations· You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to work independently· You’re never without backup;
