timeShift : Day JobEmployee Status : RegularTravel Time : NoJob ID : 19021967DescriptionCompl Product Analyst 2Serves as a function / business / product compliance risk analyst for Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) responsible for assisting with internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and programs to prevent violations of law, rule, or regulation and design and deliver a risk management framework that maintains risk levels within the firm's risk appetite and protect the franchise.

In addition, engages with the ICRM Product and Function coverage teams, in order to partner to develop and apply CRM program solutions that meet the function / business / product and customer needs in a manner consistent with the Citi program framework.

Primary responsibilities include monitoring compliance risk behaviors and providing day-to-day Compliance advice relating to the supported function / business / product and guidance on function / business / product rules / lawsKey Activities include : Assisting in the design, development, delivery and maintenance of best-

in-class Compliance, programs, policies and practices for ICRMProvide support on the design and execution of Compliance Monitoring program for Consumer Bank in APAC and EMEAReview key trends and triggers that may require monitoring (e.

g. complaints, operational losses, regulatory penalties, mass errors, marketing materials, suitability reports, certification and trainings)Conduct adequate review and analysis of MIS identified as part of the monitoring processDocument results in the Compliance Monitoring SharePoint (or equivalent)Prepare MIS for Regional and Country Compliance counterparts on a regular basisEngage with Country and Regional Compliance for detailed analysis of areas that breach the preset monitoring triggersWork with Business partners to leverage use of digital retrievals / CAATTs based data analysis to identify compliance risksAssisting with regulatory inquiries and / or examinationsCollaborating with other internal areas including : Legal, Business Management, Operations, Technology, Finance, other Control Functions, and In-
