Market Job Description

The enterprise Sr. OED consultant diagnoses, develops and implements data driven transformative interventions and solutions at the leader, team and organizational level that enable desired capabilities, business outcomes and culture.

The positon may work within a matrixed environment which may include enterprise, line of business, and managed resource individuals, leaders and teams.

The International Sr. OED Consultant will partner with Wells Fargo Senior Leaders in the utilization of common Wells Fargo tools and process to help equip leaders in leading organizational change and team and business effectiveness initiatives.

The position will work with Enterprise TDOE OED Team to ensure alignment, HR business partners, HR leaders and executive leaders to positively affect business performance.

Main function of the job :

  • Shapes / adapts Enterprise OED solutions for international context
  • Represents International in creating OED solutions for enterprise-wide application
  • Develops OD strategies and plans for each region that are locally relevant and support enterprise and business needs
  • Creates frameworks and coaching / facilitating / upskilling others to execute effectively on initiatives
  • Enables the sustainability and adoption of enterprise initiatives across international.
  • International Focus Areas :

    OED consulting

  • Leveraging Enterprise frameworks and creating toolkits for use in International application
  • Advising on transformation / organizational change including related leadership capability
  • Advisory on programs / projects requiring transformational / behavioural change
  • Running upskill / capability build initiatives (business & HRC.
  • Culture

  • International lead, leveraging Enterprise frameworks
  • Ensuring alignment with regulator-specific agendas across International; advising business on appropriate solutions.
  • Engagement

  • International lead, leveraging Enterprise frameworks to enhance overall TM engagement strategy and actions across International
  • Team member involvement strategies for International
  • TMX execution into International.
  • Team Effectiveness

  • International lead, leveraging Enterprise frameworks (Enterprise covers scope 1-4; International scope could include to Level 5)
  • Coaching, facilitating and upskilling HR, L&D and Talent Consultants to utilize tools and facilitate as appropriate
  • Facilitate senior level sessions.
  • Market Skills and Certifications

  • Analyzes organizational performance and identifies the root causes of organizations current level of effectiveness, and proposes tailored solutions at all levels of the system to achieve desired future state.
  • Leverages and deploys our common Wells Fargo organization development tools and methodologies to ensure a common approach to integrating and aligning people, processes, systems and data.
  • Integrates multiple stakeholder interests from across the organization and ensures alignment and buy in to solutions.
  • Drives culture change through influencing shifts in mindsets and behaviors of teams and leaders throughout the organization.
  • May directly coach executives in helping them become more effective leaders within Wells Fargo.
  • Aligns people strategies with business goals to achieve the greatest impact through people
  • Incorporates the scientific method and use principles of I / O psychology and change management in providing analysis, consultation and advice to the business.
  • Where possible, leverage predictive analytic methodologies to proactively identify strategic opportunities and risk to organizational development
  • Consult with key partners and Wells Fargo leadership to prioritize needs and resource utilization.
  • Understand and apply basic data gathering methodologies, including both qualitative and quantitative techniques (e.g., surveys, interviews / focus groups, etc.)
  • Comfortably works within a whole system and advises on strategies for organizational change, transformation and alignment
  • Is able to challenge the organization to create strategies for disruption, breakthroughs, transformation and innovation.
  • May manage programs that enable desired transformations as a result of an implemented intervention.
