Responsible for the implementation of shared services costing methodology, billing & collection, as well as the maintenance & updating of system supporting the Department’s processes.

  • Initiates, conducts, and completes the annual Shared Services costing and renewal process for assigned Affiliates on agreed timelines.
  • Performs data gathering and analysis of Department surveys & general operating expenses budget. The survey includes the determination of the services, time spent and projected volumes, with sign-offs from the respective Department Heads.
  • Computes and analyzes the service price & projected billable amount, and obtains Department Head’s sign-off on the Costing Worksheet.
  • Conducts the rate renewal process and obtains Affiliates’ agreement on the unit cost calculations.
  • Updates documents and contracts related to Shared Services Agreement (SSA), e.g. Master Service Agreement, Scope of Work & the related Exhibits, and coordinates with Legal Department, as applicable.
  • Processes timely and accurately monthly billings and accruals of shared service fees, including validation checks on the submitted billable volumes from the different departments, within set timelines.
  • Handles queries related to SSA charges and monitors collection.
  • Maintains and updates the Shared Services Management System, including but not limited to data codes for new services and rates, additional services, deletion of services, users, approvers, security matrix assignment.
  • Perform PCCSI Finance Operations’ day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to monthly financial closing and reporting activities and various winding down / closure activities such as filing of monthly / quarterly tax, submission of regulatory clearances, payments to vendors, etc.
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirements.
  • MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • Experience Minimum 3 years working experience in Finance preferably from big 4 audit firm, with relevant experience in analytics and financial reporting ;
  • with general knowledge in life insurance operations;
  • Certifications / licenses Certified Public Accountant Others Fluency in power BI is preferred
