Based in Iloilo you will maintain and develop new and existing clients in the medium to top construction developers in the area.

What will you be doing?
Proactively develop customer relationships and have a connection with people in the businessHandle Volume Sales and meet targeted KPIsBuild rapport and resolve customer issues in a constructive mannerUnderstand customer needs and requirements to capitalise on all lead opportunities, orders and contractsBuild key relationships and drive alignment with internal stakeholdersEstimating, tendering and quoting small and large project submissions and actively following up

Proven track record in sales handling business-to-business (b2b)Passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focusHolds a driver's license and must be open to travelExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skillsStrong experience with reporting, forecasting and pricingKnowledgeable in CRM and SalesforceCan speak the local or native dialect used in Region VI, highly desirable
