Responsibilities - responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to :
External Website (Arcadis.com)
Upload content to arcadis.com campaigns, news, projects, blogs, reports, images, video etc on time and to schedule
Link content across website to improve functionality
Prepare reports on web content performance and campaign performance and translate them into recommendations and action plans
Work with regional lead to source high quality content for website (e.g. project images, contact information, copy)
Implement and improve guidelines for web content creation
Liaise with internal (regional) stakeholders to keep web content up to date HR, IR, Marketing
Work as part of the wider Digital team and Digital agency (Dutch based) to ensure continuous improvement and maintenance of arcadis.com
Be a key member of Digital Community of Practice
Support reporting of key web metrics to the business using but not limited to Google analytics
Provide training for the CMS for new colleagues
Support internal communications team in setting up microsites
Upload content to intranet news, information, videos etc.
Liaise with internal communications team to manage flow and schedule of intranet content
Minimum of 2-3 years of working with website Content Management System - Sitecore
You have knowledge of and 2-3 years of experience with Google Analytics;
You are good with numbers and capable to create insights on how to optimize our content strategy
Experience working with O365 SharePoint
Knowledge of HTML and CSS huge plus
Understand email standards and privacy laws : SPF, CAN-SPAM and GDPR
Strong attention to detail
Able to priorities workload, work well under pressure and deliver high quality output that meets tight deadlines
Hands-on mentality, takes accountability, curious nature, continuous improvement driven both when asked for as well as on your own initiative;
Excellent communication skills & English
