Job Responsibilities :

Working as part of a dedicated team, you will be required to assist in all aspects of the administration processes, which may at times extend beyond the duties listed below.

In house support will be always available along with regular opportunities for ongoing external education and professional development.

  • Manage daily customer service tasks as set by the client including manual data entry and administration work.
  • Most of the requirements are based around supplying updates to customers and proof of deliveries which need to be obtained from carrier websites
  • You will be working on ticketing, managing emails, and respond to customers quickly using ZenDesk
  • You will be responsible for managing the daily workload with minimal supervision
  • Requirements

  • Must have 3 + years of relevant work experience
  • Honest, reliable, and hardworking is essential.
  • Can do attitude
  • Experience in using Zendesk is desirable but not mandatory
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Customer Service, and Data Entry
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
