to-end of the program. Complete, correct training materials brought to venue Advance set-up and arrangement of the training venue (indoor and outdoor), seating lay-
out, equipment and materials, activity set-up. Timely distribution and collection of activity materials Documentation of training session actual schedule of activities, video-
photo capture, trainer talking points, participants’ questions etc. Attending to logistical needs of the participants / the client.
Assisting in the conduct of Needs Analysis in client projects - from planning the diagnostic activities, implementing them up to preparation of final report.
Assisting in the Design of Programs specifically research of new content and activities Assisting in the Development of Activities and Training Materials -
from workbooks to PPT visuals to case studies to structured learning exercises Facilitation of icebreakers, energizers and structured learning experiences as well as delivery of short lectures (as part of development) Creation of the post-
workshop report Client Coordination before and during the training workshop. Minimum Qualifications : At least 3 years of solid experience in assisting / supporting soft skills training classes (not technical training, language or process training).
Excellent communication skills - both in English and Filipino, both in oral and written communication Above average presentation skills Detail-
oriented Preferably with background in managing events
