Job Description

  • Manage incoming / outgoing calls and customer inquiries
  • Record and process customer inquiries regarding online purchase
  • Handle customer online purchase concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s) : English, Filipino
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Less than 1-year experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Able to speak and write in English
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati
  • Can Start ASAP.
