  • Build confidence anddemonstrate the company’s commitment with key clients & prospects; managingour existing accounts relationship in Philippines.
  • Farming / value-add existingaccounts, extend Expert Services offer to increase revenue etc.
  • Generate revenue pipelinethrough interacting with existing clients in identifying and help them meetingtheir needs and goals, through knowledgeable communication of our products andservices.
  • Take ownership on salesproposals for nominated accounts and ensuring that they are provided to a highstandard in a timely manner.
  • Be part of the AccountManagement team to identify and package new sales propositions and ensureprompt billing and cash collection.
  • Follow up and ensure clientsatisfaction throughout the lifetime of the relationship as TEMENOS believes inlong term commitments to its clients.
  • Build long-term relationshipsand referrals with senior managers and key opinion leaders in the banking andfinancial services sectors.

  • Minimum 5-7 years Sales / Account Management experience in a banking software company or related companies (e.g. local Software Industry).
  • Possess Sales experience with local banks (mainly non mega-banks).
  • Ability to present business case and propositions to top leaders, C-levels community.
  • Proven sales success, client management and service delivery experience as well as a track record of working with multi-site / country clients.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, understanding of the sales process and methods, understanding of profitability and risks associated with the deal.
  • Good understanding of banking operations and relevant processes (front, middle, back office), thorough understanding of IT processes and implementations from both functional and technical perspectives.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills, interpersonal skills and team player mindset.
  • Understand Temenos products and services, it's competitors offerings and the key differentiators
  • Open for travelling and based in Manilla
