Experienced leader to define and execute mechanics within our CareerDevelopment platform and gamification experience. This position will report to the Global Gamification Operations leader and work closely with multiple vendors and internal stakeholders to implement highly effective rewards and gamification engagement programs to decrease program attrition, deepen employee engagement and build trusted, long-term employee retention strategies.

By applying the same principles that inspire people to play games (Achievements, status, reputation and rewards) to TTEC CMS / CGS services, the role will support and ensure an increase in our employee's engamenet measured through eNPS.

As the GTE Manager. you will take broad ideas about how to incorporate / integrate gamification processes into TTECs varipus programs and tools and turn them into actionable plans.

The role requires an innovator, trendsetter and progressive thinker who can connect rewards and gamification to all aspects of the company to create actionable ideas that bridge web and mobile media.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for developing and implementing strategies, plans and tactical actions to influence employee behavior and increase engagement.
  • Guide the Development and implementation of creative assets across multiple channles for web and mobile access.
  • Through Gamified KPIs, analyze effectiveness of retention and engagement camapigns and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  • Define project scope and apply best practice methodology; standardize and manage project timelines and workloads to drive projects to launch.
  • Manage vendor relationships to develop and implement tool enhancements as well as to increase rewards capacity and diversity.
  • Skills and Experience :

  • A strong understanding of digital strategy, design and development to effecively implemente gamification.
  • Stong understanding of TTEC's business, core values and goals.
  • Ability to lead and partner succesfully with teams, management and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple,, complex, ongoing tasks and projects
  • High level of integrity, judgement and follow through
  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
