Job Description

  • Act as the point of contact for clients
  • Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
  • Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings
  • Presenting campaign ideas and costing to clients
  • Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met
  • Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
  • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospect customers
  • Assist with after sales queries, investigate customer complaints and ensure that they are dealt with to the customers' satisfaction
  • Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets
  • Make a major contribution to the ongoing planning and development of the company's sales and business development strategies
  • Liaise with current customers in the company's target markets on a regular basis to ensure that they continue to be satisfied with the company's products
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
  • Proven work experience as hotel account executive
  • Excellent negotiation, customer service, and consulting skills
  • Strong market knowledge and experience in working across various functions
  • Hands on experience with customer service
  • An ability to gasp client’s needs and to increase customer engagement
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling
  • Experience in wholesale or retail industry would be an advantage
