Our partner, an independent, full-service media agency passionate about delivering better business results for clients by fusing analytics and creativity, is looking for a pro-active Paid Ads Manager managing the end-to-end performance of the campaigns.
The channels most relevant to Performance Manager will be all ad types served on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
As the Paid Ads, you will be primarily in-charged of client management and campaign development. You will be closely working with your onshore counterpart daily.
Managing end-to-end performance activity, including strategic recommendations, best-in-class execution, and campaign management, ongoing testing, and optimization development, and delivery of business insights and reporting.
Working heavily on Google Ads and Facebook Ads; Testing and review of additional performance-based channels.
Assigned to face clients taking ownership of key meetings, strategic recommendations, and day-to-day emails and requests.
Campaign management and development
Continually developing our accounts and strategies, working with the team to identify proactive opportunities to deliver excellent results, as well as integrating with their wider marketing efforts.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent
At least 4 years of relevant experience in paid media / paid ads / PPC
Paid media, paid search, analytics & reporting experience
Strong command in Google and Facebook Ads & Analytics
Experience in running performance / direct response campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads and Facebook Ads
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights
Excellent communications skills
Passionate, pro-active, adaptable, positive & has a can-do attitude
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn new things
Client-focused, with experience building strong working relationships with internal teams and stakeholders while working remotely
