  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to external parties in line with quality standardsLiaise with funder, broker and other teams to provide exceptional solutions for our borrowers Troubleshoot customers’ enquiries over the phone effectively to ensure customer satisfactionEducate customers on products and services such as Electronic Banking and RepaymentsUpdate Loanworks details including workflow statuses & history notes appropriatelyMeet timeframes and benchmarks in place for all aspects of the loan post-settlement processAssist with further duties and responsibilities as directed by your direct managerUpload supporting documents into Loanworks and shared folders appropriatelyComplete detail history notes, email communication and phone messages accuratelyEnsure all documentation and communication is consistent with AFM brand style guide Regular audit of Customer Record Management and funder portal systems Preferably a Bachelor'
  • s Degree in any Business-related Studies like Management, Banking or FinanceExcellent communications and written skillsWith one (1) year BPO inbound and outbound experience (required)Experience in real estate and mortgage an advantageAbility to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

    Able to work within defined business processes and deadlines.Excellent customer service orientation.Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.

    Ability to either work independently and within a team environment.
