Requirements
Good Mandarin and English abilities, verbal and written
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any computer-related course.
Experience in the same field is a plus
Familiarity of basic windows troubleshooting and basic network troubleshooting
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Design technical course manual using simple language
Train new employees on the proper use of software and hardware
Develop and maintain research and design specification
