JOB OBJECTIVE

To develop and maintain product documentation and execute a strategic training plan to meet overall company objectives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Create, organize, and maintain Help Center articles, product tutorials, talk tracks and canned responses to ensure they are accurate and up to date with the company’s continuous release cycle.
  • Provide training and certification to internal team members.
  • Deeply learn the company’s products and services.
  • Track, measure, and fill out metrics with high degree of accuracy and speed.
  • Communicate directly with our client on a regular basis.
  • SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors / College Degree in any field; IT-related course is preferred.
  • Must have at least 2 years work experience as a corporate or product trainer in the BPO industry.
  • Effective communicator with excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
  • Ability to write on a technical capacity is a plus.
  • Knowledge in Google Apps, Salesforce and Jira is a huge plus.
  • Willing to work night or graveyard shifts.
