  • The position is responsible for providing support to group and employee marketing sales-related activities and administrative functions.
  • This role acts as coordinator with the various departments who directly / indirectly impact the activities of the Group Life and Employee Marketing team, monitors & arrange sales production results, and carry out other tasks associated with the department’s objectives and revenue targets

  • Background and knowledge in group & individual life insurance plans and operations
  • Good oral and written communication skills, job competence and customer oriented
  • Knowledgeable on Windows-based applications
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in both English and vernacular languages
  • Must be credible and possesses high level of responsiveness to client’s needs; Organized and has the ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision
  • Analytical; adept in preparing reports using MS Office applications.
  • Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

  • College graduate, preferably business-related course
  • At least 2 years experience in an admin-related job, preferably from an insurance, pre-need or healthcare industry
  • Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)

    1. Prepares group life & retirement proposals as well as introduction letters on group business and employee marketing leads (direct and intermediary requested) generating campaign under the STEPS / FP program

    2. Prepares sales / production-related report within the agreed TAT.

    3. Handles phone calls and inquiries in behalf of sales teams during their absence as well as orientations / briefings to advisors on admin-

    related guidelines & procedures

    4. Handles logistical support relative sales functions / activities and meeting with agents including appointment setting, travel arrangements and the likes

    5. Coordinates regularly with the various departments (ex. Group Admin, IT, New Business) particularly as it relates to new business accounts, production results, and customer-service requirements

  • 6. Maintains an effective filing system of projects, reports, correspondence and working papers concerning the department’s activities;
  • maintains a variety of reference materials and confidential files

    7. Handles other admin-related sales support functions such as but not limited to : cash disbursement requisition, preparation of presentation materials / flyers / primers, stock supply custodian and coordinates with Integrated Services units on individual applications from brokers
