Applicants for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration and Management or any 4-5- year related course
  • Minimum of 6 months working experience in the sourcing and recruitment field
  • Experience in interviewing large volumes of candidates required.
  • Ability to meet hiring goals within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
  • Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs of our sourcing partners.
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites;
  • providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.

  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  • Attends recruiting activities such as job fairs, calibration with our sourcing partners, and other related activities
