Applicants for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration and Management or any 4-5- year related course
Minimum of 6 months working experience in the sourcing and recruitment field
Experience in interviewing large volumes of candidates required.
Ability to meet hiring goals within a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs of our sourcing partners.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites;
providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Attends recruiting activities such as job fairs, calibration with our sourcing partners, and other related activities
