Emerging Talent (Graduate Team)

In Emerging Talent, we support clients across various industries globally which gives you the opportunity to be exposed to various projects and gain wider insight into international graduate recruitment.

As a member of the Graduate team, you will be responsible over various stages of the selection process for a range of Graduate, Internship or Apprenticeship level roles using variety of tools and technologies to link with candidates.

You will manage the Applicant Tracking System, review applications and assess suitability, assess video interviews, arrange interview schedules and assessment centres etc.


  • Work with onsite recruiter or graduate hiring manager to understand and manage demand and business requirements
  • Maintain and manage recruitment pipeline using the applicant tracking system ensuring activities within ATS as appropriate while maintaining data accuracy and quality through all processes and accurately reflects the status of all activities
  • Facilitate assessment selection process
  • Provide activity and management information reporting
  • Identify areas of process improvement, service enhancement and opportunities
  • Position Requirements

  • Keen to work in fast-paced, ever changing environment of high volume recruitment
  • Experience of working within a recruitment environment, an advantage
  • Strong candidate and client focus
  • Ability to manage and work effectively with the team
  • Highly organised and efficient in multitasking
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office applications
  • Reporting and analytics (i.e. Excel pivot, pipeline analysis)
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent in oral and written English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exposure to end to end recruitment process, an advantage
  • Able to work with an international client or recruiter, an advantage
  • Leadership or coaching experience, an advantage
