Essential Responsibilities :
â¢ Lead and coach a department of 1-2 Analysts thatâs expected to grow over time.Â
â¢Enable senior management to make informed, data-based driven decisions by providing predictive analytics, particularly in areas where data is difficult to assess or is unreliable and a high level of analytical skill is required.Â
â¢Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of sales, customer support, marketing, and business strategies.Â
Â - Proactively assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering and integration, centralization techniques.
â¢Create custom dashboards for executive leadership tracking key performance indicators, trends and conduct statistical analysis of dataÂ
â¢Develops and presents the Data Analytics Department annual strategic planÂ
â¢Special projects as assigned
â¢Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Business Management or related field preferred
â¢5+ years of experience conducting data analysis, manipulating and connecting disparate data sets through, providing business intelligence, reporting and dashboard visualizations to key stakeholders
â¢An ideal candidate has equivalent experience to those with a B.A. / B.S. in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics or another quantitative field
â¢Required experience using statistical programming or database query language to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
â¢Experience analyzing data from 3rd party providers : Google Analytics, Adwords, Salesforce, CPQ etc.
â¢Experience visualizing / presenting data for stakeholders
