Work Schedule : Monday to Friday (Japanese Holiday Off)

  • Responsibilities

  • Monitor and participates in the customer and agent sessions to identify the customer needs
  • Gather data by performing calls, chat and email and provide feedback to Management
  • Assessing the quality of the performance of the agents who deals with customers
  • Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
  • Native Japanese
  • Good English communication skills
  • Has experience as Quality Assurance or relevant experience
