HR Operational Delivery- Accountable for end-to-end delivery of HR processes. Accountable for HR advice to employees and line managers;
supporting managers with more complex HR-related queries.Drive improvements to in the new HR Operations support model for US, actively drive new ways of working both within the team as well as in the wider HR organization and business.
Responsible for creating great employee and line manager experience through pro-actively addressing employee and line manager’s needs.
Collaborate with the broader HR Operations organization and expertise in COE and in-country teams to provide a seamless experience to users and HR Business.
Continuously improve the performance of the team and the services provided through embedding of applicable skills and behaviours;
operational excellence as evidenced by applicable KPIs and employee and line manager satisfaction. Utilize data to improve and refine ways of working in the new model
Drive and strengthen continuous improvement, focused on clear benefits realization
Ensuring effective financial controls and adherence to HSSE and information compliance policies.
Manage budget of the team.
Partnership- Represent HR Operations as part of country HR Leadership; drive employee and line manager experience as part of wider HR agenda.
Establish strong working relationships with other teams within the HR model (i.e. ER / IR, COEs, PB, country HRBPs, Integrated Resourcing).
Leadership- Deliver on HR Transformation objectives; managing significant change journey over the coming years.
Lead an organization comprising of staff sitting in SBO as well as virtual leadership for staff in the US
Drive top quartile employee engagement within own organization.
Drive high performance of the organization, through coaching and supporting staff and team leads.

5 Team Leads and circa 65 staff (7 of which are based in Houston)
Responsible for end-to-end operational delivery; measured by operational KPIs as well as employee and line manager satisfaction.
Significant change journey in the first year(s), helping to embed the new HR model which will mean establishing new ways of working, growing capability including new behaviors and driving up employee and line manager experience
Seasoned HR professional who has a good understanding of the role that HR plays in supporting the business; both in supporting line manager and employees with HR related matters, as well as through delivery and execution of HR processes supporting employees with HR life-cycle events (e.
g. hiring, transfers).Ideally candidate has performed business facing roles, effectively partnering with business stakeholders on broad spectrum of HR fields
