Responsible for the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and stewarding area.
Oversee the daily tasks of all stewarding employees.
Ensures the cleanliness of the working are, machinery and equipment used in Stewarding and all catering operations to the standards as laid down by the Hotel according to HACCP standards
Assists in outside caterings as requirí
Ensures that equipment requirements of all kitchen outlets are supplied correctly and promptly
Set up a Master Cleaning Schedule
Responsible for the monthly accurate inventory taking of china, glass and silver items, for review by the Director of Food and Beverage.
Responsible for completion and timely submission of annual employee evaluations that will be reviewed by the Director of Food and Beverage.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by the management.
