Better starts and ends with the customer
You’ll be responsible for handling escalations and request from our agents and customers to facilitate the money transfer process particularly in Europe and APAC region.
We’ll look to you to ensure that excellent quality service is always delivered. Your role will be vital in ensuring that our systems, processes, and procedures are following the Western Union compliance policy.
For this role, we require you to have a university degree or equivalent with experience in a similar support function within a global organization.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and you are familiar with Microsoft Office programs. You will need to be able to use your analytical and multitasking skills to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment.
