Job Description

  • Member of the turnover team to assist and orient unit owners during the turnover of units in terms of technical aspects.
  • Provide support to the Turnover Team in managing technical services.
  • Attend coordination meetings as necessary to ensure the smooth transition of works.
  • Ensure the timely schedule of the units by performing a punch listing of the units with Project Management.
  • Prepare documentation and submit reports on concerns acted on and keep a file of completed works.
  • Prepare a technical periodic report to present progress on all pending turnovers and units ready for turnover.
  • Conducts timely and independent quality control measures through frequent punch listing to ensure the "Damosa Quality" compliant.
  • Address technical concerns as rectification and repairs (under warranty period) submitted by the customer care within his / her capacity, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • The inspection of the quality of works, materials, and workmanship related to the Contractor's rectification works.
  • Documentation of the warranty issues related to the implemented works.
  • Ensuring compliance with works contract technical specifications.
  • Issuing notifications and instructions to the contractor.
  • Solving disputes related to the defects of rectification issues.
  • Prepared documentation required for insurance / warranty claims against contractors.
  • Performs other related tasks that may be assigned.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Designer, and other related courses.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a related field, yet fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Good in oral and written communication, computer literate, interpersonal skills;
  • Must have an eye for details; dynamic and committed with proactive working attitude.
  • PRC Licensed is an advantage but not necessary.
