Prepares purchase orders for rental equipment; tracks each piece of rented equipment.Coordinates repairs and maintenance with onsite mechanicsGenerates job site purchase orders for repairs or required maintenance from outside vendors or suppliers and monitors those repairs and cost so they are properly performed.
Purchases small tools and any supplies needed for the equipment or work crews under his direction.Initiates corporate purchase orders in accordance with company policy.
Reviews monthly budget report for his / her project and tracks equipment costs.Reconciles vendor accounts / statements at the end of the month and follows up with and corrects any discrepancies.
Inspects equipment on a regular basis to comply with company safety policies.Assures required inspections are being completed and are being turned in as specifiedCoordinates training sessions for new equipment with the operators as needed.
