Role Summary

We are looking for a responsible Admin Associate to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, office maintenance, assisting in HR and Admin procurement and request for payment, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take minutes
  • Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, and announcements
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Oversee maintenance, repair, and replacement of office equipment and furniture
  • Make travel arrangements, coordinate conference calls, and handle RSVPs for company events
  • Request and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or Office Admin Associate
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Nice to have

  • Experience in digital asset or financial services industries particularly in payments, remittance, mobile / web banking, and cash management
  • Enthusiasm for trading cryptocurrencies, equities, or forex.
