The Commercial Effectiveness (CE) Executive / Officer is responsible for the processing, organization and maintenance of sales data and customer call reports that will be used by the commercial team for monitoring of leading and lagging performance indicators.
The role provides technical and operational support to the commercial team to ensure that data management is translated to optimized data utilization to support the business.
The CE Executive / Officer is also responsible for retrieving and analyzing data from numerous sources and in various formats and providing reports to management for use in supporting operational and business objectives.
Likewise, the role manages commercial dashboards that the sales force can use for diagnosing performance, coaching for performance and data points for apt corrective action.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Data Processing, Organization and Maintenance
Provides support to the Sales, KAM and Marketing teams in the consolidation and preparation of sales data
Regularly uploads sales data from different channels into the sales data platform for sales force utilization in tracking and monitoring performance
Ensures that accurate tagging and crediting of sales results are done and reviewed regularly
Validates integrity and accuracy of processed sales data
Manages admin loading templates and ensures that all loaded data are up-to-date
Customer Call Processing, Organizing and Reporting
Provides support to the Commercial Effectiveness Manager in processing PST survey inputs to generate active Sales Force’s HCP / Customer panel
Processes master list revisions of MRs and ATM (Access to Medicines) Specialists as well as account revisions of KAM in the CRM.
Assists the CE Manager in validating the integrity and accuracy of processed data related to CRM
Champions Call Reporting System across phases : planning, execution, follow through, tracking and processing to meaningful reports
Sales Data Analysis and Performance Dashboard Management
Maintains robust and up-to-date sales and market data which will serve as official data points for performance tracking, incentive and awards / recognition computation
Provides standard sales and market data during planning presentations, S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings, business reviews and executive reporting
Provides technical support for existing reports, dashboards and database system and other tools
Synthesizes current business intelligence data and attends sales business review meetings to provide and gain insights on business dynamics to enrich data analytics
Maintain and manage sales and marketing dashboards
Sales Incentive Processing
Ensures that sales incentives are processed accurately and on- time in accordance with the incentive scheme
Maintains sales incentive records for analysis
Bachelor’s Degree in any business course
Minimum 5 years of work experience in sales data processing and analytics
Knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors and leading customer strategies
Knowledge in SQL database, sales crediting process and CRM management
Highly computer- literate and uses sales database tracking programs; adept in MS Office
Ability to drive business intelligence using complex computer programs to mine data sources and look for trends
Highly- organized and efficient, with effective time management skills
Strong initiative, ability to multi-task, as well as strong follow through skills
Must be detail- oriented
Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment
Ability to look at data trends and recommend solutions for commercial challenges
