Job Description : Training and Development : Identify Training needs of the organization's employees to be able to bridge gaps in skills and competency Coordinate with Line heads, Team Leads, and Officers and identify what skills are needed to enhance competencies of employees Create a Training Matrix to properly track schedules of the organization's departments which should be released annually Create and Design Training Modules, facilitate and schedule training sessions through numerous techniques such as workshops, learning session, re-training, & seminars Manage training related Adhoc tasks Conceptualize people programs that increase employee satisfaction and motivation Evaluate effectiveness of training & programs conducted Human Resources Operations : Assist in processing New Hires and Newly Regularized Identification Cards Liaising with Government Offices in attending employee loan concerns Attend to General Employee concerns and provide immediate action and information Attend to Employee documentation request (i.

e. Certificate of Employment, Certificate of Eligibility) Assist in Payroll Processing (if the need arises) Assist in 13th month processing, SL conversion, etc.

Assist in other HR facet tasks such as Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits Other tasks maybe assigned from time to time Minimum Qualifications : Bachelors' Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related course At least 2-3 years of experience in HR with a solid background in Training, Learning and Development 360 degree knowledge in Training and Development Excellent interpersonal, Communication, & Project Management skills Employee management skills Problem solving skills, critical and analytical thinking
