Job Description

  • Acquire individual and corporate accounts via daily prospecting and presentation calls with potential clients
  • Identify client's financial goals and expectations
  • Recommend appropriate financial solution / s and / or investment opportunity
  • Promote and market financial solutions of Philam Life
  • Provide excellent after-sales customer service
  • Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with clients
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of work experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confident, self-motivated, resilient and entrepreneurial
  • Customer-centric
  • People-oriented and tech-savvy
  • Ability to listen, understand, and give advice
  • Goal-oriented at an individual and team level
