Fixed Term Contractual Assignment Duration : 9 MONTHS
Independently review and process requests relating to Trading data object, user access provisioning, other similar activities in full compliance with defined policies, operating procedures and work instructions.
The requests will be processed in the applicable ERP and other related systems and tools
Responsible to independently interpret and respond to queries (including complex queries) related to the requests and process.
The level of dependence on Senior level employees will be significantly lower compared other JGs.
Lead Cleanse projects and initiatives in TQ journey , in implementing record archival policies and ensure compliance (example TRIM, GLL etc)
Regular interaction with Business Partners and Stakeholders, including extensive interactions during migration
Proactively identify areas for improvement in the process. Play active role as a member in improvement projects and sometimes lead improvement projects.
Participate in BCP related activities
End to end process knowledge will help in adding value to the role, but developing the same will be a challenge
Steering the role of Technical Lead (when assigned) will be a challenge as the person will be expected to deliver results, without a direct people responsibility
Knowing multiple systems and tools across multiple countries, but spread over 2-3 processes
Education / experience / Skills
Graduate preferably in Finance / Engineering
Experience in Trading and Shipping, and / or Supply / Logistics is desired but not required.
Experience of 2+ years in the areas of Finance & Accounts in a large organisation preferred
Exposure to Master Data and process modeling desired but not required.
Experience with LEAN desirable.
Exposure to cross-functional activities.
Knowledge of SAP, DEX and / or RADAR desired, but not required.
Exposure to Data Management policy, SOX and records Management standard is desirable.
Exposure to Process Improvements and Transformation projects.
Experience in Stakeholder management in a virtual world is preferred
Proven skills in written and spoken English
Good knowledge and experience in MS Office applications like MS Excel, MS Access, MS Powerpoint, etc
Demonstrate strength in prioritizing and organizing work tasks for self and other.
Demonstrates ability to foster a teamwork spirit.
