1. Customer Service Steps A. Greet customers who enter the store B. Guide customers to get a service number in a fast friendly manner C.
Assist customers to find the correct products they are looking for D. Answer queries from customers whether walk in or through telephone E.
Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers F. Provide accurate description, quantity, and other specification of customer order to assembler G.
Present the merchandise, cash invoice, and change (if there’s any) to customer2. Return and Exchange Processing and other Transactions A.
Consider the conditions in accepting merchandise exchange or return B. Handle items for customer refund and seek approval from Supervisor / OIC C.
Implement proper guidelines in accepting zero-rated / vat exempt sales and in serving withholding agent customers D. Aware in handling merchandise with warranty and customer credit memo3.
Customer Complaints Treatment A. Acknowledge customer complaints B. Implement proper procedure in dealing with complaints from walk-in and through telephone C.

Display Standard Arrangement and Housekeeping A. Replenish sold merchandise in the bin boxes, glass showcase and wall panels B.
Arrange display by product category including new arrivals in sufficient quantity C. Attach and update price tags to items under tools section D.
Keep the store, modules tidy and clean as part of the Housekeeping standards 5. Stock Control Management and Safety A. Aware for any updates on the price list B.
List any observed critical and out of stock on a daily basis C. Ensure to report any discrepancy, missing display to immediate superior D.
Responsible for security within the store and on the look-out for shoplifters*May be assigned other responsibilities or functions by the store officers and by the upper management as well to other stores whenever necessary.
