  • Coordinate with internal employees about their HR concerns
  • Conducting exit interviews for separating employees
  • Answering inquiries regarding payslip disputes
  • Updating contact details on the employee’s 201 files
  • Filing evaluations and assessments of employees on their 201 files
  • Discuss and decide for HR programs
  • Handle employee on-boarding, rehire and transfer of departmentALL ARE DONE THRU ONLINE ASSESSMENT :
  • Phone interview with HR
  • Language assessment (computer and essay writing in mandarin)
  • Multiple choice on how to solve inquiries in Mandarin
  • Final interview with Local Chinese
