Directly reporting to the Recruitment Manager and dotted line to the Head of Talent Supply Chain, the HR Technical Recruiter is responsible for all recruitment related activities within the organization.


  • Work with internal and / or external clients and build relationships in order to gain a better understanding of the recruitment needs and requirements
  • Responsible for the end to end recruitment process. Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
  • Process online applicants, walk-ins and third party candidates from vendors.
  • Designs recruitment advertisements.
  • Maintains the organization's recruitment database
  • Handles staff augmentation, project based and internal requirements
  • Prepares recruitment related reports.
  • 1. Recruitment Process :

  • Processing of endorsed candidates by sourcing team to active requirements
  • Processing of project based, staff augmentation and internal employees requirements
  • Conducting initial interview
  • Conducting Technical Interview
  • Endorsement of pre-qualified candidates to internal and external clients
  • Candidate Management
  • Arranging interview schedule with internal hiring managers and clients hiring manager
  • Arranging job offers schedule
  • Test Administration (if applicable)
  • Background and reference checking
  • 2. Pre-employment :

  • Facilitate completion of the pre-employment requirements.
  • Endorsed all required documents to HR Compensation & Benefits Officer for Salary Calibration
  • 3. Documentation :

  • Formatting / modification of CV before endorsing the candidates to external client
  • Prepares all recruitment related reports.
  • 4. Other details :

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City - The Fort,Taguig City.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 1 Full-Time position and 1 Contract Based position available.
