Primary Responsibilities :

  • Provide L1 L3 support in a dynamic production support environment
  • Adherence to all production support service operation & transition processes like Problem Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Release & Deployment Management
  • Use of ServiceNow and Rally tools for day to day service operation tasks
  • Analyzing issues, provide root cause analysis, work around & resolution related to Application Support tasks
  • Participate in war rooms and on-call support
  • Ensure audit compliance with organization and project defined standards and processes
  • Support production deployment, deployment and back-out plans & checkouts
  • Self starter and initiator to get things done for the project
  • Provide timely updates on risks, issues and escalations along with an action plan to the stakeholders
  • Identify and propose application performance & process improvement initiatives
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and / or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and / or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and / or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).

    Required Qualifications :

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year working experience in Microsoft .NET
  • Experience working with Microsoft SQL database
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft SSIS and SSRS
  • Knowledgeable in Azure Pack and Azure Stack
  • Knowledgeable in Agile and Scrum methodology
  • Excellent communication, analytical and debugging skills
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules including late evening / night shifts / weekends
