Job Description Summary
Successfully execute and deliver programs and projects to enable key strategic initiatives. The Transitions Program Lead ensures proper coordination of activity around effective transitions.
Responsible for the management of all transition program objectives and field implementations. Ensures effective integration of new accounts by defining, managing and implementing requirements and resource allocations.
Supports process development, program improvement and quality initiatives for existing accounts
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate and successfully execute multiple projects within Cushman & Wakefield's Global Occupier Services enterprise.
Implement key strategic initiatives to achieve the desired outcomes of the Transition Platform
Accountable for overseeing integrated transitions for new and expanded Global Occupier Services accounts, ensuring that all contractual deliverables are achieved
Ensure strong linkage, support and communication with client's leadership throughout the transition process
Facilitate the collection of best practices, capabilities and resources to ensure effective transitions and transformations
Supports business development by responding to RFP's with respect to transition and transformation services.Participates in yellow pad sessions and sales pitches.
Identifies opportunities to increase share of wallet
Monitor, track and report overall transition progress; identifying potential risks with business and service line leader to identify mitigation strategies
Manage Transition programs to ensure maximum efficiency and delivery of services per contractual obligations : Set completion targets and identify the key transition success criteriaIdentify and incorporate opportunities to enhance the customer experienceResponsible to track and manage transition budget established in ProFormaSupport contract review and abstract preparationLead transition initiatives through the execution of project plansLead all transition kick off meetings;
including but not limited to : internal meetings and client meetings.Manage the cross-service line interdependencies, risks and barriersLead the team through transition go live / handover (obtain sign-off from key parties on closeout checklist)
Consult / advise the business : Document the key transition success criteria targets and thresholdsEnsure the viability of the program plan from the business perspectiveEnsure the program stays within the boundaries of the success criteria (targets and thresholdsEnsure that organizational change management activities are executed to ensure achievement of customer objectives
