Job Description : QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Required skill(s) : human resources and administration, shared services, Recruitment And Selection Process.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bridgetowne.
At least 2 years work experience in similar industry, shared services, and / or in an international recruitment agency is required for this position;
Background in usingHR system
End-to-end recruitment experience is an advantage;
Proactive and flexible approach and positive attitude to change a continual improvement;
Experience in producing recruitment reports;
Possess strong attention to detail;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
High level of interpersonal skills and integrity;
A flexible team player with proven ability to work in a diversified culture;
Good organization and administration skills and the ability to multitask and effectively support multiple recruitment campaigns and events.
Must be willing to work on night shifts
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to :
Assist in providing end-to-end recruitment support from receipt of requisition to on boarding
Conducts phone screening and reference checking on identified candidates;
Candidate management viaHRS (uploading profiles, changing candidate status and setting up requisitions);
Provides support and collaborate with the team in managing the reporting requirements;
Uses social media platforms and job boards to undertake sourcing and promote job roles;
Writes professional job adverts to be uploaded to job websites and international job boards;
Performs such other HR and recruitment related functions that may be assigned permanently and from time to time
