Job Description : QUALIFICATIONS


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s) : human resources and administration, shared services, Recruitment And Selection Process.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bridgetowne.
  • At least 2 years work experience in similar industry, shared services, and / or in an international recruitment agency is required for this position;
  • Background in usingHR system
  • End-to-end recruitment experience is an advantage;
  • Proactive and flexible approach and positive attitude to change a continual improvement;
  • Experience in producing recruitment reports;
  • Possess strong attention to detail;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • High level of interpersonal skills and integrity;
  • A flexible team player with proven ability to work in a diversified culture;
  • Good organization and administration skills and the ability to multitask and effectively support multiple recruitment campaigns and events.
  • Must be willing to work on night shifts
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Responsibilities :

    The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to :

    Assist in providing end-to-end recruitment support from receipt of requisition to on boarding

  • Conducts phone screening and reference checking on identified candidates;
  • Candidate management viaHRS (uploading profiles, changing candidate status and setting up requisitions);
  • Provides support and collaborate with the team in managing the reporting requirements;
  • Uses social media platforms and job boards to undertake sourcing and promote job roles;
  • Writes professional job adverts to be uploaded to job websites and international job boards;
  • Performs such other HR and recruitment related functions that may be assigned permanently and from time to time
