Job Description This is a strategic technical support representative role in a BPO setting with accounts such as web hosting, gaming console, operating system, audio device, financial software, etc.
Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues. Prepare accurate and timely reports. Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.
Job Qualifications Candidate must possess a Bachelor's / College Degree in any course related to Information Technology, Engineering or Computer Science.
With or without work experience.
Applicants with at least 1 year experience in Technical Support will be given higher salary within the given package range.
Excellent English communications skills (oral and written) are required.
Must be willing to work in Quezon City, Pasig City, Mandaluyong City, Makati City, Pasay City, Taguig City or Muntinlupa City.
