Work as a liaison between the business (FRSS Globally) and the technology teams in charge of developing automation solutions

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze the processes assigned and identified for automation and assist with the requirement gathering, understanding the existent process and driving the project to the best automation solution
  • Create the required documentation and coordinate proper reviews between technology and the business and overseeing the UAT.
  • Identify all the required documentation and ensure it is completed not only by filling it out but also by working with the business as technology experts when required
  • Work with the project delivery team to coordinate meetings with the business and complete the required documentation
  • Work closely with the SMEs on analyzing the processes assigned and identified for automation
  • Provide weekly updates to all the parties involved
  • Understand and make sure all the Risk and Control requirements are properly met and documentation is filled as expected
  • The Senior BA should be capable of providing a recommendation to the business on what approach should be better to take in order to properly automate the process and when required suggest the technology(ies) available or if the process should not be considered for automation
  • Manage the document repository for all the requirements per project and ensure they are properly maintained
  • Provide project management support as needed on the identified projects when required by the project delivery team
  • Assist in ad hoc requests from Management.
  • Maintain, coordinate and report the deliverables committed.
  • Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance or Computer Science
  • English +90%
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Business Analyst or related. Project Manager experience is a plus
  • Financial Services Organization experience preferred.
  • Highly proficient in the use of desktop tools and software such as Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Access and Visio
  • Preferred Scrum / Six Sigma Certifications.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven continuous improvement experience
  • Basic Knowledge in programming languages (C++, C#, JAVA, Python, etc.)
