We are seeking for resourceful Client Training coordinators who can assist in coordinating new user trainings. The Client Training coordinator will be responsible in assigning Client Specialists to user training requests on a global scale.
You will directly report to the Client Training Scheduling, Manager and work closely with Customer Success Managers, Specialists, Helpdesk agents, Digital Marketers and clients.
To be successful in this role, you must have superb organizational and communication skills. Your work will be accurate and you will be polite and professional.
Provide assistance and coordination to training requests and class related inquiries from clients via email.
Assign trainers to new users and to users requesting training through the Helpdesk, Account managers and Client specialists.
Create and promote the Monthly and Adhoc classroom and webinar schedule, as well as Seminar invites to clients.
Issue Certificates of Class Attendance to clients.
A Bachelor’s degree.
Computer skills must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe, Outlook and project management software, e.g. Trello.
With minimal knowledge on CRM applications or is willing to be trained.
Prior administrative or client services experience within a corporate organization may be strongly desired.
A professional and friendly demeanor.
Have a keen eye for detail.
