  • Support initiatives on client retention program by providing quality service to queries of potential, new and existing clients.
  • Attend to clients servicing requirements through monitoring of milestones and coordination with team to deliver results in a timely manner.
  • Provide support to the programs of sales and marketing team through coordination and leading small projects.
  • Assist in quality control initiative of the organization
  • Qualifications

  • Skills : coordination, documentation, high attention to detail, accuracy, team player, works efficiently and effectively as individual and part of a team.
  • Attitude : customer first , positive outlook on changes, continuous learning
  • Preferably with working experience in shared services and BPO environment ( focus on technology and financial services)
  • Communication skills : written and oral, comprehension and expression.
  • Personal attributes : physically fit, patience, people person, proactive, organized,
  • Familiar with MS Office, Internet, Mobile Phone and Online Platforms for Servicing Clients
  • Candidate preferably a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree on Marketing, Heath Sciences, Engineering.
